Job responsibilities:
- Maintain an effective sales pipeline and its growth.
- Build portfolio through additional Accounts and revenue.
- Drive the business/sales force for regional business.
- Responsible to train and mentor the team on new products, tools and features.
- Responsible for service/relationship of existing and future client portfolios to ensure growth and sustainability.
- Ensure prompt resolution of identified sales channel issues.
- Responsible for reporting and business forecasts.
- Monitor and develop quarterly business plans as per the departmental strategy to achieve targets.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
- Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.
- Must have a sound relationship in the market.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
