We are seeking a highly motivated Global Market Intelligence Manager to support our growth in the international telecom ecosystem. The role focuses on providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across commercial, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead telecom market research and analysis across international markets.
• Manage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and personas within the Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
• Maintain and update a comprehensive market intelligence database.
• Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives by enriching Salesforce with key data.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior management and strategic planning.
• Track competitors, market trends, and regulatory updates, offering actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• MBA is a must. Bachelors in IT/CS or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Post-graduate with 2–3 years of experience in market research or telecom analysis.
• Strong understanding of telecom stakeholders (MNOs, regulators, vendors).
• Experience in both secondary and primary research, and with data analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear marketing and strategic insights.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of telecom trends such as RCS/OTT messaging, flash calling, and CPaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with global telecom regulations and industry benchmarks.
