We are expanding our team in Pakistan and hiring a Telesales Representative to support our Dubai office. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our Dubai-based real estate projects, and arrange Zoom meetings between clients and our Dubai sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads from our database.
• Share project details and generate interest in Dubai property investments.
• Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings for the Dubai sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client responses.
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings and conversions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confidence and clarity in phone conversations.
• Basic understanding of Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
