| Job Description: |
Looking for a HR Executive who has profound knowledge of handling HR related tasks. A superstar organizer with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. Who will play a vital role in ensuring our office operations run efficiently, allowing the rest of the team to focus on what they do best - innovation!
- Manage EOBI, PESSI, and SESSI Documentation
- Handle departmental communication and coordination through email and WhatsApp
- Process and maintain employee life insurance and medical insurance records
- Maintain the timely issuance and renewal of insurance cards
- Maintain HR compliance and benefits-related documentation
- Assist with employee relations and general administrative tasks
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Candidates with up to 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month |
