Job Description: |
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and be ICMA Part Qualified, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting functions.
Billing Supervisor job role is responsible for overseeing the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution in line with company policies and financial standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily billing and invoicing processes.
- Ensure invoices are generated accurately and dispatched within set timelines.
- Review and validate billing data for compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and billing issues.
- Maintain and improve billing procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor billing systems for performance and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
- Provide support during audits and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Lead or assist in special projects related to billing improvements or automation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
