| Job Description: |
We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Executive to lead our human resources operations in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring
- Draft job descriptions, offers, and contracts
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee exits
- Organize engagement activities and maintain HR records
- Support policy development and organizational strategies
- Proactively source top talent via headhunting and networking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business
- 2–3 years' HR experience in the call center/BPO industry
- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- Skilled in interviews, cold calling, multitasking
- Professional, discreet, and adaptive in a dynamic environment
