We are  seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant with extensive experience in QuickBooks to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong accounting background, a passion for accuracy, and thrive in a night shift environment, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions using QuickBooks.

• Prepare financial statements and reports.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensure timely bank reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Handle payroll processing (if applicable, please specify).

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 14 years of education (B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance).

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant, with significant expertise in QuickBooks.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
