As a Telesales Executive, you will represent our broker services, contacting UK-based businesses to offer them improved service solutions that reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B calls to UK businesses.
• Present comparison options for essential services.
• Promote customized, cost-saving offers.
• Build rapport with key decision-makers and generate interest.
• Collect relevant data and either finalize the deal or forward qualified leads to closing agents.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
• Previous B2B telesales or outbound campaign experience (preferred).
• Target-oriented, confident, and persuasive communicator.
• Comfortable with UK shift hours (2 PM – 10 PM).
• Strong computer skills and fast typing speed.
