| Job Description: |
Technical Support
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Provide basic support to staff for computer, printer, internet, and network problems. Help install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
2. System Maintenance
Support routine maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, routers, scanners, etc.). Assist in monitoring system performance and network status. Ensure antivirus and security tools are up to date.
3. Data & Documentation
Help maintain asset records of IT equipment. Assist in data backup processes and documentation of technical issues. Maintain user and access logs.
4. Coordination & Learning
Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies or repairs under supervision. Attend training sessions to improve technical skills. Follow IT policies and ensure compliance with company standards. |
