| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Curriculum Development Educationist with a strong background in developing educational content aligned with Pakistan’s Single National Curriculum (SNC) and Textbook Board standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end curriculum design — from pre-primary to secondary levels — including the creation and review of SLO-based learning resources, textbooks, and assessment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop curriculum content for pre-primary to secondary education.
- Ensure alignment with the Single National Curriculum (SNC) and provincial/national Textbook Boards.
- Develop Student Learning Outcomes (SLO)-based educational resources and materials.
- Lead the design, review, and evaluation of curriculum development processes.
- Collaborate with renowned publishing houses for textbook and workbook creation.
- Integrate educational philosophy and psychology into curriculum planning.
- Contribute to the development of teaching, training, and academic assessment strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience 7+ years in curriculum development across multiple grade levels (pre-primary to secondary).
- Prior work with national or international publishing organizations in textbook development.
- Strong knowledge of SNC, Textbook Board policies, and SLO-based frameworks.
- Deep understanding of educational theory, pedagogy, and psychological principles.
- Expertise in academic assessment design, including formative and summative evaluation methods.
- Minimum Bachelor's in Education or Curriculum Development (Master’s preferred).
