We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Cold Caller to join our team and help us generate leads for our commercial cleaning business. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to business owners, property managers, and decision-makers, introduce our services, and secure their interest in a follow-up call or proposal.

 Responsibilities

• Make 150+ cold calls per day to businesses in the US.
• Follow a proven script and call flow to introduce our cleaning services.
• Identify decisionmakers and secure a commitment to receive more information or schedule a followup.
• Update lead information and call outcomes in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Handle basic objections and professionally build rapport with prospects.
• Send emails or followups to warm leads as needed.
• Work closely with the team to improve call scripts and strategies over time.

Tools We Use

• HubSpot – CRM for lead management & tracking.
• Instantlyai – Email outreach tool.
• Anymailfinder – Lead scraping tool for finding decisionmaker emails.
• Dialer Software – You will have access to a VoIP dialer for calls.

 Qualifications

• Fluent in English (Clear, confident, and professional tone).
• At least 1 year of cold calling experience (B2B preferred). Strong sales and persuasion skills – Able to handle rejections and turn objections into opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus!).
• Highly selfmotivated, organized, and reliable.
• Fast, stable internet connection and a good headset.

 Compensation & Perks

• 75,000-120,000 PKR/month (FullTime) + Performance Based Bonuses
