JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB PURPOSE:
The interns will be given an exposure to all the program activities at Punjab level (Area office). He/she will learn how to execute the programme related matters service delivery and Learning & development initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The Incumbent will be involved in hard record management including but limited to beneficiaries assessment details, baseline surveys, Business grants detail, and stakeholder analysis files.
2. The incumbent will facilitate project teams in file development & tagging as IRP Archives record management policy.
3. Preparing field plans and prior communication and intimation to concerned communities regarding field visits after consulting with relevant project staff.
4. Supporting relevant project staff in the management of beneficiaries’ pictures in soft form.
5. Supporting project team in conducting baseline surveys, Beneficiary assessment, area mapping and stakeholders mapping exercise in line with project documents.
6. Assist relevant project officers during meetings with communities, stakeholders and service providers.
7. Learn about basic techniques of social mobilization, community group formation, and advocacy.
8. Learning about delivering sessions on child rights, women’s rights, protection, health and hygiene, microenterprise development.
9. Get exposure to IRP development framework, project thematic areas and proposal development modules.
10. Work in collaboration with program team to execute the seasonal programs and other program components.
11. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
