| Job Description: |
1 Documentation & Record Keeping
Assist in organizing and updating compliance-related documents. Help maintain AML/KYC records for customer due diligence. Ensure proper filing of regulatory submissions and reports.
2. Compliance Monitoring
Support the team in monitoring daily transactions for unusual or suspicious activity. Help ensure remittance and transaction records are compliant with SBP and AML/CFT guidelines. Assist in checking adherence to internal SOPs.
3. Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing reports for management and regulators. Compile data from branches for compliance checks and follow-ups. Flag inconsistencies or missing information in documentation.
4. Training & Learning
Attend internal training sessions on AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks. Learn about compliance processes, audit support, and risk management. Stay updated with basic SBP and SECP compliance guidelines. |
