Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our back office team in Lahore. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our U.S.-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products or services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update systems as needed
  • Collaborate with the U.S. team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone)
  • Team player with a positive attitude
