We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SQA Automation Engineer - Lead to join our team. This role demands a strong background in software quality assurance, test automation, and a deep understanding of various financial and payment systems. As a lead, you will be responsible for guiding the SQA team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective test planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualification

• BSCS/MSCS or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

Experience

• Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers in best practices for software quality assurance and test automation.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
• Execute automated and manual tests, report defects, and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and implement appropriate testing strategies.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes and documentation standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate test reporting, including progress, coverage, and defect metrics.
• Continuously evaluate and improve test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Domain Knowledge:Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following domains is preferred but not mandatory:
