- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for various departments.
- Generate automated reports and visualizations for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Ensure real-time and accurate data presentation aligned with program needs.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and update centralized databases used for reporting and monitoring.
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support program and project evaluations through data interpretation.
- Work closely with program teams to identify data and visualization needs.
- Present findings and insights in meetings and reports for decision-making.
- Ensure data reporting aligns with donor, internal, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of dashboard logic and data sources.
- Train internal staff on interpreting dashboards and using reporting tools.
- Support the development of data literacy across the organization.
