| Job Description: |
Assist district team in situational analysis,identify and establish liaison with village focal persons, assist in program introduction, form community organization and assist in formulating a detailed plan to capacitate community identified local leadership. He/She will facilitate social feasibilty in line with project operational strategy and ensure participation of all stakholders. He/She will be responsible to assess pre and post project interventions in his/her mandated areas of monitoring purpose.
NOTE: Required 14 (6 Female) Community Mobilization/Hygiene Promotion Officer (CM/HPO) for Khyber Tribal District and 12 (5 Female) for North Waziristan Tribal District.
Required Qulification for male is M.A/M.Sc and for female is BA/B.Sc. |
