Trainee Sales Engineer is responsible for keen handling of sales leads, presentation of the product line, understanding of the customer’s requirements and for finding out best-fit solution for a given requirement and has to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Job Responsibilities
· Handle day to day sales queries/project leads in liaison with commercial operations, finance and logistics team
· To proactively scope the technical/commercial solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and design and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
· To create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
· To prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
· To provide pre-sales and after-sales support to assigned accounts
· Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
· Accompany the installation team to the initial job start to ensure the customer requirements are confirmed and are understood by the installation team.
· Obtain after sales feedback/follows-up from assigned accounts and maintain a rapport that will result in continual referrals.
· Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
· This job may require traveling/staying out station for short durations usually not exceeding three days a week.
Training
· Three months on-job training will be delivered to successful candidates in Rawalpindi/Islamabad/Lahore office
· After successful training one-year job contract will be awarded to trainees.
Job/Person Specification
· Engineers interested to pursue their career in sales, marketing and hand on practical experience are eligible to apply.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
· Candidate should have willingness to understand and grow in department of systems design and application with emphasis on commercial aspects.
· Stay updated with latest technology trends and increase job knowledge by participating in company sponsored/arranged local/foreign training oppurtunities.
· Candidate must be registered or be eligible for registration with PEC (Pakistan engineering council)
