We are currently looking to hire 'IT Product Support Engineer'. An ideal candidate is responsible to design, deploy, manage, maintain & monitor on-premises, cloud and hybrid systems/infrastructure with Level 1 and Level 2 support.
Candidate will be responsible for:
Job Description:
• Solving technical product issues of our customers, resellers & personnel's & communicate directly with them using the phone, ticketing system & remote tools.
• Develop & maintain expert knowledge of the VIDIZMO (www.vidizmo.com) product suite
• Educate users on all functions and features of VIDIZMO product line
• Keeping customers happy with prompt responses & excellent communication.
• Reporting product issues to development
• Support delivery and implementation services as necessary.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in IT Systems, Cloud, Scripting
• Experience with Windows environments, Web servers, Databases and core infrastructure systems.
• Software Development, DevOps background Preferred
• Strong networking skills such as DNS, TCP/UDP, Firewall, Routers, Unicast/Multicast.
• Self-starter with fluent English speaking.
Preferred skills:
Managing and scaling complex SaaS or Cloud environment, Scripting, DSC, Knowledge or certifications in cloud operations & Microsoft Azure, or working with Streaming technologies..
Experience: 1-2 years in System & network Administration & Tier 1,2 support etc.
