Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, and implementation of strategic and tactical security initiatives.
• Maintaining LAN, WLAN and network security architecture consist on blade servers/clusters as per the business policy.
•  Develop standards and baselines that align with network security best practices across various technologies
• Explore current IT operations from security point of view, document them and suggest optimization & recommendation for better performance.
• National Cyber Security framework systems/network controls implementation.
• In addition to the scope above other services need to be provided for all “platforms and OS systems that are currently in company network” to increase the maturity.
• Identify significant actual and potential cyber security problems, trends, and weaknesses and recommends specific modifications and solutions to reduce information systems security risks.
• Provide architectural design and coordinate the implementation of security solutions to integrate into existing network environment.
• Establish requirements and make recommendations on the appropriate infrastructure protection tools, methods, and technologies.
• Develop strategies for responding to future security challenges. Demonstrate effectiveness of the program for implementation on an organization-wide basis.
• Review, create and update security policies, procedures and standards, and present them to management for endorsement.
• Define the scope and level of detail for applicable security plans and policies.
• Implement and interpret the requirements of ISO/IEC, PCI, SOX, and HIPM policies, mandates and standards.
• Develop the project plan for the implementation, identify major milestones and activities, and coordinate development and implementation.
• Develop plan and methodology for testing and measuring IT compliancy.
• Develop and implement operational response procedures to maximize visibility, maintain stability and prioritize criticality of identified issues.
• Educate IT team members in security best practices.
• Collaborate with IT Teams to incorporate security best practices into daily workflow and procedures.
• Assist with development and implementation of Security Awareness Training for entire organization.

Qualifications & requirement

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Computer Science/IT required.
• JCNA, CCNA, CCNP (Security), certification required.
• CISSP, CCIE(Security/Datacenter), CEH, MCSA/MCSE (2008/2016) and RHCSA certification will be a plus.
• Five (5) + years’ experience in managing, deploying and resolving complex Enterprise level Network architecture or Tier III data center network security.

·         Sound understanding and grip on latest technologies, security principles, and protocols.

• Expert in cyber security framework systems/network controls and implementations
• Knowledge of performing routing protocols (MPLS, BGP, HAIPE/IP, QOS and WAN)
• Monitoring of web security gateways, perimeter security, network access controls, endpoint security

·         Hands-on experience of Maintaining/Managing IBM, HP, Dell servers, Cisco Catalyst, IBM switches and Juniper SRX Firewalls.

• Broad understanding/knowledge of Virtualization techniques.
• Hands-on experience of installation & managing of SAN (Storage area Network) devices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, SSL, DNS, SNMP, and VRRP.
• Proficient in security technologies such as IPS, VPNs, D/DoS and vulnerability management.
• Working knowledge of common web architectures and related security risks.
• Experienced in writing technical specifications and operational documentation.
