| Job Description: |
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults of Head office and branches.
- Troubleshooting the problems of branches remotely from Head office at first level, if not possible then visit the branch to fix the problem.
- Understanding and reporting the issues/bugs of customized application (MIS) to concerned department.
- Managing local domains by adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords.
- Supporting the roll-out of updates in customized application (MIS) deployment
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one timePreventive maintenance of computers.Audio / video calls setup for meetings.
