• Develop thorough understanding of Software Applications.
• Evaluation of Lead requirement and identification of processes.
• Conduct Meetings and Demos with Client.
• Gathering client’s initial requirement
• Give Training to Customers.
• Ensure that invoice of delivery has been made by Finance to Customer
• Developing contacts in the strategically selected markets to find potential users of the software.
• Managing the sales process by identifying technical needs, continuing strong collaboration with customer's technical teams, and negotiation / closing the offers.
• Delivering corporate presentations.
• Qualifying and managing opportunities including writing proposals and responding to tenders.
• Maintain excellent customer communication
• Liaison between Sales and BA teams
