Job Description:
  • ECPROF, based in Berkshire, UK, with a support office in Lahore is a rapidly growing provider of IT Hardware, Datacenter products & Computer Peripherals. Our customers include a wide range of companies—from Educational, Public sector, & energy companies to small and medium-size companies and non-profits.If you are an Experienced Sales veteran and excel at generating demand in B2B environments, ECPROF wants to work with you!
  • We are seeking passionate people who believe that learning is a lifelong journey and have the enthusiasm, skillset, and leadership abilities to build and lead a high-performing inside sales team.
  • You will Be Responsible For Build, lead, and manage a high-performing inside sales team that can work as a sustainable framework to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop sales opportunity by researching potential accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information about products
  • Contact prospects, customers, and partners through email and phone calls to offer support, get feedback, develop business leads, establish relationships, and close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a strategy to nurture leads and keep customers engaged.
  • Qualify leads and nurture them by performing custom user requirements analyses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a prospect pipeline through:
  • Identify the pain points of potential buyers and provide specific advice on how our solutions address them.
  • Analyze the lead nurturing and engagement activities of competitors, research their user base and budgets, and use this information to make recommendations to improve the sales process.
  • What You Need: 8+ years sales/lead generation experience, with at least 5 years in a closing role
  • Experience of selling enterprise-grade technology solutions to medium and large enterprises based in North America, Europe, Middle East, and/or North Africa
  • Knowledge and experience of using list building and list management tools and techniques
  • Experience using any modern CRM/sales tool.
  • Demonstrated success nurturing leads into customers and closing deals over £50,000
  • Experience and confidence to drive strategy discussions with C-level executives
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. Our target audience is mostly in the UK & Europe and it’s your job to make sure you’re able to get your point across perfectly and hit the sweet spot every time.
