| Job Description: |
We are looking for the candidate for the position of “Assistant Manager Operations” for our company as per following criteria.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the appropriate supply chain and operations management practices of the Project.
- Responsible to share the reports with the customer, assigned from the top management.
- Responsible to coordinate with the field staff regarding the operational matters.
- Responsible to address and evaluate any discrepancy regarding the operations at any site of the Project.
- Responsible to get the monthly reports according to the deliverables of contract from the field staff.
- Responsible to monitor and evaluate all the steps of services accordingly to the pre-defined SOP’s and to ensure the uninterrupted waste management operations.
- Must be well versed with each and every clause, conditions and requirements of contract with the customer.
- Responsible to maintain all the record of letters, reports and correspondence with the end-user. (The services of any other staff member may be acquired for this, as identified by the top management).
- Responsible to coordinate with all the Site Managers and get demands on monthly basis to proceed with the further procurements.
- Responsible to coordinate and make close liaison with respective customers in day to day affairs/matters.
- Responsible to monitor the staff, Vehicles and software forthcoming.
- Responsible to monitor and ensure inventory stock levels.
- Responsible to ensure equilibrium between supply & demand
- Responsible to coordinate with the vendors and ensure the supplies in time.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly requirement of consumables of the Project.
- Responsible to send the supplies well in time at all the respective sites.
- Responsible to ensure the quality of supplies as per agreed standards with the vendors.
- Responsible to prepare the weekly and monthly consumption report of all supplies.
- Responsible for planning and controlling of supply chain and operations.
- Responsible for any other assignment given by the Top Management.
