| Job Description: |
- Must be able to use ERP professionally, Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure through ERP along with the in-depth functionality of cost accounting procedures and principals – Experience in any ERP i.e. SAP/SAP B ONE /ORACLE FINANCIALS/ MS DYNAMIC GP/ AXEPTA is acceptable.
- Familiarity with Pakistani Tax Laws, Labor Laws, and corporate secretarial practices
- Consistent liaison with the tax consultant and company secretary for any amendment in income tax, sale tax ordinance, company ordinance, procedural changes, and execution of complex financial transactions to minimize the chances of tax scrutiny and legal cases.
- Ensure the monthly, quarterly, annual bank and statutory compliances
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
- Assist the Manager Finance in managing working capital requirements.
- Supports budget and forecasting activities.
- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
- Responds to inquiries from the Manager of Finance and other company-wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting request.
- Work with the Finance Manager to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
