| Job Description: |
- Regular preparation of cash book and petty vouchers
- Completion of invoices as per company standards and policies to ensure compliance
- Responsible for account reconciliations that include inter-company accounts as well as complex bank accounts
- Participation in Monthly Stock Tacking by highlighting variances to management.
- Fulfillment of secretarial requirements, filing of accounting record.
- Full support during the Deexternal audit
- Preparation of Customer’s Incentive on a regular basis
- Full correspondence with banks for L.C opening and retiring
- Consistent monitoring of accounts receivable (raising timely red flags to avoid bad debts).
- Preparation of customer aging reports
- Compiling of monthly data for the filing of monthly withholding and sales tax return
- Perform general accounting functions, including the operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work
