Directly responsible for daily Center Operations included but not limited to
a. Promotional and brand building activities to attract maximum walk-in to the center
b. Control over counseling team to maintain conversion ratio
c. Academic and student management operations to maintain good word of mouth among students
d. Ensure updated financial records of student, updated control sheet and other relevant financial SOPs
e. Job placement activities for placement of students and to maintain good relations with industry
· Lead entire Center team, prioritize work load and delegate activities among team
· Prepare and monitor Center budget
· Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, orienting, selecting and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment and developing personal growth opportunities
· Ensure achievement of business targets (revenue & profit)
· Ensure timely progress of batches & student satisfaction
· Ensure the achievement of student job placement targets
· Control administrative expenses like usage of electricity, use of generator, power consumption etc.
· Visit external points like Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Centers as a part of direct marketing plan and conduct brand awareness sessions
· Responsible for quality control in Academics
· Innovate, plan and execute marketing Strategies for the Center
· Design, develop and recommend new programs and activities related to student education
· Prepare periodic reports on Center’s progress
· Review applications to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to the Center
· Responsible for timely reporting
· Ensure complete adherence to policies and procedures
