To monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems

IT ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, Soft Calling and all office equipment’s

Investigate user problems, identify cause, determine possible solutions.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company

At least 2 year of experience in a similar capacity.
