Job Description:

Base Camp Data solutions is looking for full-time Data & Reporting Analysts. Your awesome analytical skills will help shape our Process Innovation & Business Intelligence team to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Some key areas include:

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various data sources and platforms.

Prepare reports utilizing various BI tools.

Prepare operational, tactical, and strategic dashboards.

Present findings and assist executives to uncover insights and make decisions based on them.

What your day will look like

Collaborate with Process Innovation & Business Intelligence Manager to develop and assist in the

creation, implementation and design of all system data tables, reports, and dashboards.

Understand, prepare, analyze ERDs and perform research on system data architecture best

Practices.

Create dynamic data models and perform various types of analysis, such as descriptive and

predictive.

Analyze reports and dashboards to uncover automation and optimization opportunities.

Develop automated data auditing workflows and processes.

Coordinate with developers on establishing API integrations.

Must have’s

A strong desire to work with data, create reports and dashboards

Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field

3-5 years of experience in data management, analysis, and data visualization

Expert level in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets

Expert level on a least one data visualization tool: Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc

Expert level on at least one ERD and workflow generating tool such as Visio, draw.io, or Lucid Charts

Familiar with API integrations and ability to coordinate with developers on achieving proper results
