Summary/Objective

This position is responsible for supporting the recruiting team in their efforts in hiring qualified individuals to work in the stores as Retail Sales Managers and Retail Sales Consultants. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of reviewing resumes as well as scheduling the recruiting team interviews.

Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

·         Responsible for reviewing resumes on our Talent Portal and other job platforms

·         Responsible for looking for specific information on candidates resume

·         Email candidates specific questions to better gauge if it is the right job fit

·         Scheduling interviews for the Regional Recruiting Team

·         Utilize excel on a daily basis to keep track of all candidates

·         Communication with Regional Recruiting Managers

·         Expected to work during US business hours

Desired Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Excellent skills using MS Excel and Internet Explorer

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Strong organization skills, and the ability to work under pressure
