1. To coordinate & provide administrative support / back up to all the departments.
2. To work out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual activities of department.
3. To oversee protocol duties and other functional areas of Admin/Security department.
4. To oversee the functioning of Electrical & Repair/Maintenance team.
5. To oversee the functioning of Support Services team.
6. To negotiate and renew contracts as when required.
7. To manage acquisition of building/properties as and when required.
8. To oversee travel, transport, fleet and janitorial management services.
9. To coordinate and liaison with local government and other agencies/authorities for smooth admin operations.
10. To supervise efficient functioning of each section of department.
11. To formulate and develop all Admin related processes, procedures and policies.
12. To negotiate and assist Lease Agreements for offices and campuses as and when needed.
13. To ensure proper filing and record keeping assigned to administrative discipline.
14. To ensure proper layout and maintenance of the record room at the Head Office of Head Office with the help of Record & Store Keeper.
15. To oversee record/ store operations on weekly basis.
16. To oversee Janitorial services section of Head Office.
17. To supervise office shifting or relocation assignment as and when required.
18. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of building.
19. To manage accommodation arrangements for the official guests from other regions (if & when required)
20. To manage the hotels for the company employees / guests as per their entitlements.
