- Having Strong Research Skill.

- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of (but no limit to) geopolitics jurisprudence, Culture, socia political development, security trends, National Interests and Human Right in general.

- Ability to proactively develop, synthesize and artuculate effective and actionable recommendations regarding geo politics, defence and strategic development.

- Connect dots and create a narrative to shape the beliefs and action of key stakeholders / audience.

- Ability to multy-task and work in fast- paced setting, defining and meeting deadlines.

- Ability to synthesize information from various sources.

- Attention to detail, Excellent organizational skills, and collegial demeanor.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience of using Microsoft Office application like Word, Excel etc.
