Job Description: |
- Provide Information to customers and become one stop solution provider to all customer needs.
- Identifying Sales opportunity through existing customers and potential walk in customers.
- Follow up on Sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Initiate property transfer requests and process accordingly.
- Manage cash recovery from customers and day end closing with accounts department.
- Manage Customer Data/ Record updating.
- Facilitate Customers with File, Allotment Letter, NOC, Payment Ledger Deliveries.
- Manage Customer property cancellations and activations.
- Manage Customer and Dealer issues and grievances.
- Manage Resident affairs by providing swift actions through relevant departments.
- Liaison with back office for Customer collateral preparation and delivery.
- Liaison with Audit Department for timely verifications.
- Liaison with Development department for Customer property demarcation and possession.
- Pitch Customer the allied services of SA Group, that is, Architectural, Construction, Marble, Steel Infrastructure, Electrical and Horticulture.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing premium service level attitude.
