Job Description:
  • Provide Information to customers and become one stop solution provider to all customer needs.
  • Identifying Sales opportunity through existing customers and potential walk in customers.
  • Follow up on Sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Initiate property transfer requests and process accordingly.
  • Manage cash recovery from customers and day end closing with accounts department.
  • Manage Customer Data/ Record updating.
  • Facilitate Customers with File, Allotment Letter, NOC, Payment Ledger Deliveries.
  • Manage Customer property cancellations and activations.
  • Manage Customer and Dealer issues and grievances.
  • Manage Resident affairs by providing swift actions through relevant departments.
  • Liaison with back office for Customer collateral preparation and delivery.
  • Liaison with Audit Department for timely verifications.
  • Liaison with Development department for Customer property demarcation and possession.
  • Pitch Customer the allied services of SA Group, that is, Architectural, Construction, Marble, Steel Infrastructure, Electrical and Horticulture.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing premium service level attitude.
