Job Description: |
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels via phone, email, live chat.
- Build a sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion.
- keeping track of all communications, remarks & complaints from clients.
