1. You'll help manage and handle customer service support by replying them on whatsapp Mon-Fri malaysia time through an online portal with password access set up for you,that means u need to be available with a laptop/desktop during these time.

2. Progressively weekly, you will help set up a knowledge based portal for all website / I.T. related enquiries, FAQs, general Q&A of customer and other related issues and migrate old portal site to new portal gradually.

3. You will be involved with all matters as a trainee / virtual admin / P.A. and be available to be on zoom to learn more about our business.

4. You will help with a bit of social media and take our I.T. / web based business as your own
