Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Screen Incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
  • Provide customer support while maintaining polite and professional communication via phone calls, & email.
  • Supporting colleagues by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate and provide support in day-to-day activities.
  • Manage office correspondence and keep proper record of all incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Provide support during office meetings, conferences, seminars etc. in different locations and cities.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation of all staff
  • Process communication and utility bills on timely / monthly basis.
  • Deal with Courier Company for sending the urgent documents and ensure timely payments to vendors after verifying payments.
  • Request and keep track of purchase of stationary, office supplies and maintain the inventory accordingly
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contributes to the effective office management of the company
