Job Description: |
Key Accountabilities:
- Screen Incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
- Provide customer support while maintaining polite and professional communication via phone calls, & email.
- Supporting colleagues by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
- Coordinate and provide support in day-to-day activities.
- Manage office correspondence and keep proper record of all incoming and outgoing mails.
- Provide support during office meetings, conferences, seminars etc. in different locations and cities.
- Arrange travel and accommodation of all staff
- Process communication and utility bills on timely / monthly basis.
- Deal with Courier Company for sending the urgent documents and ensure timely payments to vendors after verifying payments.
- Request and keep track of purchase of stationary, office supplies and maintain the inventory accordingly
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contributes to the effective office management of the company
