You will be responsible for posting text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
Responsibilities
- Staying up to date with the latest market trends, technologies, features for all social media platforms and related tools
- Managing MaddyRoss Solutions social media platforms
- Managing Client social media platforms
- Sitting in on client meetings in order to understand their requirements.
- Coming up with new audience engagement ideas
- Managing Social Media Platforms Include (But not limited to):
- Creating post schedules
- Coming up with innovating content ideas inline with brand guidelines and marketing strategy
- Creating visually appealing and engaging posts/content using available tools
- Providing a WOW customer experience
- Followers management (including moderating, responding and forwarding queries to relevant teams internally)
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
