You will be responsible for posting text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.

Responsibilities

• Staying up to date with the latest market trends, technologies, features for all social media platforms and related tools


• Managing MaddyRoss Solutions social media platforms


• Managing Client social media platforms


• Sitting in on client meetings in order to understand their requirements.


• Coming up with new audience engagement ideas


• Managing Social Media Platforms Include (But not limited to):


• Creating post schedules


• Coming up with innovating content ideas inline with brand guidelines and marketing strategy


• Creating visually appealing and engaging posts/content using available tools


• Providing a WOW customer experience


• Followers management (including moderating, responding and forwarding queries to relevant teams internally)


• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
