Job Overview:
- Email/Chat Support Specialist will be responsible to act as a liaison between the largest Pakistan based retail giant and its customers through whatsapp chat/ social media or email.
- The Specialist will be obliged to maintain the company’s reputation by serving on the frontline of customer experience with excellent communication skills and providing satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of queries.
- Prompt whatsapp chat and email response to customers
- Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
- Develop customer service solutions
- Maintain service level
