Quality Resrouce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for multiple resources for our US Based Campaign.
Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls and customer service inquiries.
- Sharing monthly updates with the existing clients, receive and share their feedback with the management.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Able to have good conversation with customer on the phone line.
- Able to meet monthly targets.
- Coordination with supervisor on daily performance update.
- Display active listening and superior customer support skills.
- Help Customer navigate through a variety of our tools/services.
Requirement:
- Excellent English Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication Skills (Neutral/American Accent Required)
- The right candidate will have 01 year of call center experience and 02 years of customer support experience
- Min Intermediate/A-Levels (Preferably Graduation)
- Exceptional computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and working under pressure
- Experience in B2B and digital marketing is a plus point.
