Job Description:

PRG (Progressive Resource Group) is a recruiting company having multiple clients in UK and US. PRG started its operations back in 2017 in UK and now initially started to expand its operations in US market.

Office Timings: 2pm to 11pm (UK Shift) and 6pm to 3am (US Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)

Office Location: Gulberg II, Lahore

Responsibilities:

After completing the training you will be:

Able to understand the job description received from the client for technical recruitment.
Able to understand and judge the resume and match as per the requirement.
Use bolean queries to source the candidates
Screen them initially over the calls
Forward the interested candidates to the senior recruiters

Requirements:

Must have a bachelor degree preferably in business studies
Must have very good communication skills
Can do attitude is required
