Job Description:
  • Provide the best customer care to our patrons.
  • Managing a team of CSR's and delivery staff.
  • Answering customer queries and dealing with complaints and maintaining communication with our patrons on & offline
  • Answering social media queries
  • Liaising with other departments to provide the ultimate restaurant experience
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the brands with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly maintained
  • Collaborating with all departments or relevant people in charge to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
