| Job Description: |
- Provide the best customer care to our patrons.
- Managing a team of CSR's and delivery staff.
- Answering customer queries and dealing with complaints and maintaining communication with our patrons on & offline
- Answering social media queries
- Liaising with other departments to provide the ultimate restaurant experience
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the brands with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly maintained
- Collaborating with all departments or relevant people in charge to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
