| Job Description: |
This position shall be responsible for managing IL Active wear Operations from knitting till packing and dispatch With the objective of meeting on time delivery requirements, minimizing wastages and maximizing efficiencies and ensure desired quality level of customer Within timelines set by the planning department and customers standards as well as management guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Execution of knit to pack production as per planned timelines.
- Ensures efficient utilization of equipment and man power.
- Builds strong working collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance to customer’s required quality standard.
- Ensures 100% upkeep of production equipment.
