| Job Description: |
Assessing, hedging and monitoring risk related to systems and controls in the organization. Making SOPs for Evaluation. Maintaining performance evaluation model. Ensures compliance and monitors employee performance-based evaluation programs to ensure accountability and learning. Collaborates and communicates regularly with staff regarding issues in their centers if any. Conduct evaluation session. Makes recommendations for improvements. Participates in evaluation design. Development of logical Monitoring and Evaluation model. Finding suppliers for learning management systems and their implementation. Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. |
