| Job Description: |
- Prepare analysis as directed providing overall impact to the business
- Manage any ad hoc cross-functional projects
- Manage cost savings data/quotes & comparisons
- Manage data & scheduling of vendor scorecard/business reviews
- Manage agenda/follow up of vendor and product meetings
- Compile & track documentation for On-boarding new vendors
- Maintain and monitor project schedules to ensure on time delivery
- Procurement/vendor coordination including acquisition of Quotations, preparation of QES, Purchase order process and taking approvals from management.
- Vendor management (Coordination, Induction, and MIS maintenance of vendors)
- Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide timely and accurate statistics/MIS and reports.
- Ensure all tasks are completed timely in line with policies and Procedures
- Maintain proper filing system, records and statistics related to general administrative functions.
- Also provide timely & accurate MIS reports.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
- Any other task(s) assigned.
