Regular activities include:

•   Making up-to 20 cold call for prospecting
•   Generating leads by gathering market intelligence
•   Strong Follow up via email, phone and Skype
•   Resolving the clients query and providing them after sales services
•   Upselling customers expressing interest through lead generation system
•   Identifying new customers, sending proposals, pitching and closing sales
•   Training customers on products as required and facilitating usage
