Job Description: |
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing the digital marketing portfolio for Joyland and all its brands.
He/she must lead the digital marketing and design team to market the brands, develop, implement digital campaigns, oversee concepts and designing for traditional marketing and ground events.
Major Responsibilities:
- Strong know how of the digital marketing portfolio, including SEO, SEM, local listings, social media, mobile/app marketing and video marketing.
- Well versed with content marketing, inbound & outbound marketing tools and techniques for effective online marketing to increase followers and grow footfall.
- Assist the HOD in developing a social media strategy for each Brand to meet business and marketing goals.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns as aligned with the brand AOPs. Employ digital advertising as aligned with business goals. Select and monitor metrics that best evaluate compliance.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing analytics for various digital platforms to monitor performance and evaluate results across each. Modify, refine campaigns and specific digital communication, in light of the findings, to meet target goals.
- Create high quality videos in-house from concept to release. Experienced in professional photography for striking and high quality visual marketing.
- Creative thinking and design capabilities to develop targeted, relevant and compelling creative both for strategic brand building and specific campaigns & marketing programs.
- Well aware of online market research e.g. online surveys, data input forms etc. to record, plot and analyze primary research data and apply it to improve online marketing and achieve desired results.
- Very strong communication skills to create and develop marketing content across diverse channels e.g. digital marketing, offline content, PR etc.
- Creatively strong at 360 design capabilities to also lead designing and creatives for ground campaigns/events and traditional marketing e.g. print material, OOH etc.
Competencies and Skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat Professional
- Strong understanding of digital production
- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications
- Windows office software including Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
