We are looking for a resource at the position of International Sales Specialist.

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to handle the following functions/responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to meet monthly sales targets assigned by the concerned reporting authority.

• Contributes towards team effort by accomplishing team targets required by the team.

• Responsible for convert maximum lead(s) and unpaid order(s) into sales by giving a variety of offers to the customer.

• Ensure acquiring proper and complete information from customers in order to meet compliance to avoid disputes or revisions.

• Responsible to meet call quality standards as per the defined SOPs.

• Maintain relationships with clients to resolve disputes by providing support, information, and guidance to avoid refunds.
