• We are a UK based company and looking for a competent, high-performing and enthusiastic Sales Manager to work with IMT’s/ LMT’s/key accounts; to maintain and generate new customer acquisitions and achieve revenue growth targets.
• The selected candidate will be based in Lahore.
• The company is looking for the "right" person who is a team player, can accept challenges and deliver targets independently.
• Candidate should have experience to manage all sales functional areas including channel & category sales development, customer relationship,  distribution, credit recovery, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base and maximize sales revenue and recovery operations
• Build and promote strong, healthy and professional customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field
• 5-7 years of experience in sales/distribution in reputed FMCG
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills, strong business sense and industry experience
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution independently
