| Job Description: |
Base Camp Data Solution is looking for HR Team Lead, Mainly for overseas clients.
This job requires:
- Handling all HR services processes including US clients’ payroll and resolving issues and escalations using the HRMS, customer support software etc.
- Supervising the HR Services team’s work involving guidance on handling tickets, processes, escalations to ensure high quality work.
- Working with the US HR Team on continuous improvement of processes to provide the best client experience.
- Responsible for HR Services team’s performance appraisal, setting monthly & quarterly goals/ tasks, as well as handling matters related to discipline, coaching, morale and motivation
- Creating, managing and updating documentation for all Overseas HR processes.
- Maintain the human resource information system; preparing regular HR/ client reports
- Updating SLAs and SOPs for the HR Services Team (as and when needed)
Skills & Experiences:
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- 2 – 3 years relevant experience
- Exceptional analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Highly computer literate in MS Office (especially Excel), G- Suite & Productivity software
- Teamwork, collaboration, and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with HRIS/ HRMS Software.
