Requirements
- Outstanding experience in handling reservation inquiries in the hotel industry
- Profound knowledge of attending to incoming and outgoing calls
- Deep knowledge of maintaining cordial and professional relations with all clients
- Solid understanding of giving special treatment to VIP guests
- Basic computer proficiency
- Data entry experience
- Call center experience
- Experience in sales
- Fluency in two or more languages
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Reservation manager and reconfirm with supplier list of all services booked
- Get hotel bookings confirmation number from suppliers and enter it in the system
- Email agents service confirmation number using reservation system or outlook
- Use of in-house reservations system – Juniper
- Update all incoming enquires into booking status system, this will be updated after every 45 minutes
- Monitor all online bookings confirmed, investigate failure bookings and find operational solutions to the challenges that may arise
- Acquire a comprehensive product knowledge (destinations and services sold by the company) and market awareness to ensure the best and the most appropriate product is offered according to clients’ needs
- Be able to prioritize workload and demonstrate good organizational skills by finishing tasks within allocated time
- Pay attention to detail of all the enquiries received
- Attend training sessions and team meetings where applicable
- Establish good working relationships with agents and suppliers
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
